Caramel Sauce (Dairy free vegan)

Ingredients
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 3 Tbsp oil (I used avocado oil)
  • 4 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Pit dates and coarsely chop.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or large food processor.
  3. Process until smooth. Add less water for a thicker caramel or more water thinner for consistency.
Notes
Makes about 1 cup caramel
