Ingredients
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin seed butteror sunflower butter
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ¾-1 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
